Nursing in-home foot care treatments may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance provider. We recommend contacting your insurance provider and reviewing your plan prior to your appointment to verify. Amount for reimbursement varies.

Proactive footcare is Registered as an approved provider by Medavie Blue cross insurance provider.

• How do I submit my claim?

​Proactive Foot Care nurse will issue an invoice and receipt upon payment which you can use to claim the foot care service. The receipt must state that the service is an "In-Home Nursing Foot Care" including the nurse's name and signature, and registration number in order to be approved for the claim.

Once the invoice and receipt is received, submit it to your insurance provider.
